A nonprofit foundation rooted in Sub-Saharan Africa, working at the intersection of clean water, public health, education, and technology to create lasting community change.
The Sub Saharan Africa Technological Advancement Foundation (SATAF) was established out of a deep conviction that communities across Sub-Saharan Africa deserve permanent, sustainable solutions — not temporary aid.
What began as a focus on clean water access in northern Nigeria has grown into a multi-division organisation tackling healthcare, education, and technology-driven development. Our work is guided by data, driven by community need, and sustained through local ownership.
Today, SATAF operates across Gombe State and beyond, partnering with government agencies, international organisations, and diaspora professionals to build a better Africa.
To empower communities in Sub-Saharan Africa by providing permanent, sustainable access to clean water, improving health, fostering economic growth, and enhancing the quality of life for generations to come.
A Sub-Saharan Africa where every community has access to clean, safe water, quality healthcare, quality education, and technology-enabled opportunities — enabling a healthier, more prosperous, and sustainable future for all.
