Solar electrification of 12 primary healthcare centres in Gombe State, with 5kW systems and battery backup. Phase 1 is active; Phase 2 will extend to 40 facilities across the state. Each installation guarantees continuous power for vaccine refrigeration, operating theatres, and emergency lighting.

Community-led tracking of daily electricity supply hours across 250 monitoring households spanning five DISCO franchise areas. Monthly reports submitted to NERC as formal evidence for regulatory enforcement. Nigeria's first citizen-powered electricity accountability programme.

Rural Electrification Gap Mapping

Geospatial research mapping electricity access, generator dependency, and renewable energy potential across 200+ communities in five north-eastern and north-western states. A women-led community education and distribution programme enabling the transition from biomass to clean cooking solutions in 1,200 households. Framed jointly as an energy access and public health intervention, targeting the indoor air pollution burden responsible for thousands of deaths annually in northern Nigeria.
